WW – Venue Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “Festival” or “WW” refers to Whisky Week (colloquially known as Whisky Week CITY), including any organisers, event staff, volunteers, and partners.
• “Venue” or “You” refers to any bar, restaurant, or establishment that has signed up to participate in WW.
• “Organisers” means the WW management team or entity responsible for planning and operating the Festival.

2. Eligibility & Agreement

Premises Licence & Legal Compliance

1. The Venue must hold a valid premises licence (and any other relevant permits) covering the entire duration of the Festival.
2. By agreeing to participate, the Venue confirms compliance with all relevant laws, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service regulations in Scotland.

Acceptance of Terms

1. Participation in WW constitutes acceptance of this Terms of Service document.
2. Acceptance is confirmed by completing the official Venue registration form, where a link to these Terms is provided.
3. Any material breach of these Terms may result in removal from the Festival.

Festival Dates

1. The Festival will run for the dates set out in the Venue Partners PDF provided by the Organisers for the specific event.
