These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the agreement between Packed Posted ("Packed Posted", "we", "our" or "us") and the individual or business using our services ("Client", "you" or "your").
These Terms apply whenever you use any of our services, including but not limited to inventory storage, order fulfilment, pick and pack, kitting and assembly, returns processing, shipping services, international fulfilment, operational support and any related services we provide.
By requesting a quotation, opening an account, sending inventory to our warehouse or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Where a separate written agreement, quotation or service schedule has been signed by both parties, that agreement will take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
At Packed Posted, we believe logistics should be straightforward.
We aim to provide clear pricing, practical advice and responsive support without unnecessary complexity. While these Terms are designed to protect both parties, they are also intended to explain how our services work in plain English and set clear expectations from the outset.
From time to time, we may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, applicable laws, industry standards or operational practices.
Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by email, through our client portal or via our website before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Account means the client account held with Packed Posted, including any associated client portal, integrations or online services provided by us.
Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Scotland
Carrier means any third-party courier, postal operator, freight company or logistics provider used to transport goods on behalf of a Client, including any subcontractors they appoint.
